The Sundance course first opened for play in 1930.
This par 35 course plays to 2,915 yards from the back tees.
#1 Out of Bounds is dangerously close on the right side.
#2 is an uphill par 4 that requires an accurate approach shot to a small green that sits at the top of the hill.
#3 is a downhill par 3 with a small target green.
#4 is a grip it and rip it wide open 400 yard, par 4.
#5 is a shorter par-4 measuring just 331 yards
#6 is the lone par 5 on the course and measures 500 yards. This is a straight, wide open hole, but because of a rise in the fairway, you must climb a tower to see if it is clear to hit your tee shot
#7 is a 201 yard par 3.
#8 has an open fairway that slopes down to a hidden tiny green.
#9 is a 401 yard par-4 and the #1 handicap hole.

Fairways were, generally, thin and hard. Some greens had substantial damage, I assume from the weather. OK layout with a OK variety of holes. Staff was friendly and there is a nice shop snack bar. Locals were friendly. A little expensive for the quality, but the only course in the region. Played in the afternoon on a hot, windy day with only a few other players on the course.
