Detailed description

Peninsula State Park Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Fish Creek, Wisconsin.

The course first opened for play in 1921. The course as we know it today was designed by Larry Packard in 1963..

The course was built in a wooded area, so expect the fairways to be lined with mature trees. In addition, there are has three major hills that will cause uneven lies. The signature hole is #8, a 69-yard, par 3, which requires a tight shot through the trees. Don't let this hole's distance fool you, if you miss hit your shot you're in trouble.

Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,304 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5350 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 6, a par-5 that plays to 563 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 69 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 3, a 424 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 15, a 130 yard par-3.
