Hunters Glen Golf Club first opened for play in 1998. The course was designed by Rick Jacobson. This course is located on 179 acres. It is a typical links-style course with the front nine more open than the back nine. The backside, with its undulating greens, is described as more challenging than the front, which offers more forgiving landing areas.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6395 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4746 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 14, a par-5 that plays to 530 yards. This signature hole is calls for a difficult tee shot through a tight corridor and a carry over a swamp. The hole plays slightly uphill and has a dogleg right fairway. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 160 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 4, a 488 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 13, a 182 yard par-3.

This is a gem in northeastern Wisconsin. If you're vacationing in the Crivitz area - highly recommended. Always in nice shape and a surprisingly challenging layout. Price is above bargain level but not bad for a quality course.
