Detailed description

Rolling Hills Country Club is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Arlington, Texas.

Rolling Hills Country Club first opened for play in 1956. The course was designed by C. M. Mimms.

Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,117 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,989 yards. The longest hole on the course is #8, a par-5 that plays to 488 yards. The shortest hole on the course is #9, a par-3 that plays to 120 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for #8, a 488 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is #10, a 321 yard par-4.

This scenic course holds many local charity tournaments.  Water hazards come into play on seven holes.  The signature hole is #6, a 355-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg left fairway that has out-of-bounds stakes lining the right and trees lining the left.  There is a lake in front and to the left of the well-bunkered green.

Rolling Hills Country Club has completed an 18 hole renovation in 2013. Colligan Golf Design added additional length, re-routed the holes
