Detailed description

Fox Den Country Club, is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Farragut, Tennessee.

The Club was established in 1968. Their course, designed by Willard Byrd, first opened for play in 1970. In 2004, Bill Bergin redesigned the course, enhancing what was already an already outstanding layout.

Eight water features and 52 strategically placed bunkers protecting our large greens, averaging 7,500 square feet.  Each nine is arranged in an out-and-back design with both the No. 9 and No. 18 holes returning to the clubhouse.  The signature hole is #18, a par 5, requires 3 accurate shots to a green complex guarded by a pond on the right and bunker on the left.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 7,110 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,718 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 597 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 13, a par-3 that plays to 166 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 5, a 533-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Fox Den Golf Course is # 13, the 166 yard par-3.
