Furman University Golf Course

Furman University Golf Course is a Semi-Private 18 holes golf course  located in Greenville,South Carolina .

Furman University Golf Course first opened for play in 1955.

This is one of the finest University Courses in the country. 

Furman University Golf Course is the home of the Furman Paladins, which has produced such well-known professionals as Dottie Pepper, Beth Daniel, Betsy King and Brad Faxon.

This is old-fashioned golf at its best: long (7,004 yards) and relatively open, with just enough water to keep golfers on their toes. Best Hole: No. 13, a 469-yard par-4 with a tee shot to a tight (15-20 yards wide) landing area, then a long-iron shot over a valley to the green. A bunker on the right front catches most missed shots.
