Swamp Fox Golf Club, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Greeleyville, South Carolina.
Swamp Fox Golf Club, no doubt named for Francis Marion (Soyth Carolona's legendary "Swamp Fox" of the Revolutionary War), first opened for play in 1935. The course was designed by Robert White.
The Golf Course at Swamp Fox signature hole is #13, a 143-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over water to the green. The course is somewhat open because it does not have any out-of-bounds areas. Four holes have water hazards on them, but the water really only comes into play on two holes. The terrain is flat, so the course is easy to walk.
Swamp Fox plays to a par-72 and a maximum distance of 6,505 yards. The course rating is 69.3 and the slope rating is 112.
