Detailed description

Humber Valley Golf Course is an 18 hole golf course located in Toronto, Ontario.

Stanley Thompson designed the course back in 1921. Thomas McBroom redesigned this course in 1990.

This course sits on predominantly flat terrain. The fairways on the front nine are fairly wide, while the fairways on the back nine are narrow and most are tree lined. A water hazard comes into play on hole #14, and there are sand bunkers located on every hole throughout the design. The greens are small, undulating and generally fast.

The signature hole is #14, a 392-yard, par 4, with water going down the right side and trees down the left.

Par for the course is 70. From the back tees, the course plays to 5,472 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,690 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 17, a par-5 that plays to 516 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 6, a par-3 that plays to 89 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 14, the signature 392-yard par-4 hole is the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Humber Valley Golf Course is # 3, a 249 yard par-4.
