Detailed description

Greystone Golf Club is a private 18 hole golf course located in Milton, Ontario.

The course was designed by Doug Carrick and first opened in 1991.

Greystone is situated among the Niagara Escarpment. The design includes gently rolling fairways. Many of the tees and greens are elevated by as much as thirty feet in some spots. Numerous sand bunkers have been placed throughout the course. The greens are considered extremely challenging with severely sloped surfaces. The fairways are fairly generous, but a few mature trees line the course.

The signature hole is #17, a 417-yard, par 4, which features a dogleg left fairway that meanders through numerous sand bunkers.  Accuracy and precise ball placement are crucial.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,864 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,430 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 4, a par-5 that plays to 541 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 14, a par-3 that plays to 150 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 7, a 436-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Greystone Golf Course is # 15, a 301 yard par-4.
