St Georges Golf Country Club is a private 18 hole golf course located in Islington, Ontario.

The course first opened in 1929. Stanley Thompson was the course architect.

The course is traditional in design with fairways that are very hilly and undulating. Saint George's is challenging for even the most experienced of golfers. Rated as one of GOLF MAGAZINE's "Top 100" courses in the world, this club has hosted the Canadian Open five times.

Par for the course is 71. From the Championship tees, the course plays to 7,114 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,117 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 15, a par-5 that plays to 560 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 6, a par-3 that plays to 146 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 15, the 560-yard par-5 challenge is the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at St Georges Golf Country Club is # 8, a 215 yard par-3.
