Talamore Golf Resort, Mid South Course

Talamore Golf Resort, is a Resort 36 hole golf course facility located in Southern Pines North Carolina. The facility has two 18-hole golf courses, The Resort Course and The Mid South Course.

Talamore Golf Resort,The Mid South Course opened for play in 1993. The course was designed by Arnold Palmer.

It's a straightforward challenge from Palmer on the front nine. No visual tricks; every detail is right in front of you. More so than the back nine, there are lakes and ponds on nearly every hole. It's like playing pool - you have to consider all the angles.

The signature hole is #14. From the back tee, a player must drive 225 yards to reach the fairway. Mid South Club has 11 acres of bunkers. Don't forget your sand wedge for the 14th hole, which has plenty of sand traps and bunkers
