Pine Knolls Golf Course is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Kernersville, North Carolina. Located between Winston-Salem and Greensboro, Kernersville is within the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina.

Pine Knolls opened for play in 1969, and was built in the Don Ross/Ellis Maples style of risk-reward situations that favor the intelligent golfer. The course is a returning nines design that winds through the Pine Knolls subdivision, an established community of 190 homes.
