Ajemians Liverpool Golf & Public Country Club first opened for play in 1949. The course was designed by Archie Ajemian. Archie and Rose Ajemian purchased Hiawatha Golf Course in 1947. The golf course had been closed during World War II, so it was a very large challenge to redevelop the property. It was 1949 when the golf course opened to the public.
Ajemians Liverpool Golf & Public Country Club has many mature oak trees lining its narrow fairways. Water hazards (ponds and creeks) come into play on some holes, including #2, a 168-yard, par 3, with the only island green in central New York.
Blue tees: par-71, 6,143 yards, 68.9 /120
White tees: par-71, 5,924 yards, 65.6 /116
Red tees: par-71, 5,412 yards, 67.5 / 116

If there's a January thaw, you can count on L'pool to be open. Bad thing about course is that they'll let carts out when they shouldn't be! And it shows.
