Cohanzick Country Club is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Fairton, New Jersey.

Cohanzick opened for play in 1895. The golf course was designed by Alex Findlay.

This is a wooded course with narrow fairways. The Cohansey River comes into play on about a half-dozen holes. Nine of the holes have dogleg fairways, Wind is often a major factor. The driving range is for members only. The course has spectacular scenery as it is laid right next to the Cohansey River in Cumberland County

Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6303 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5476 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 11, a par-5 that plays to 549 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 10, a par-3 that plays to 139 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 4, a 394 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 8, a 374 yard par-4.

The course closed in 2012.

The well over 100-acre property, wedged between Bridgeton-Fairton Road and the Cohansey River, was purchased by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for a reported $947,500. The land will be used as open space.
