Detailed description

Peoria Ridge is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Miami, Oklahoma.

Peoria Ridge Golf Course first opened for play in the Spring of 2000. The course was designed by Bland P. Pittman. he also designed Battle Creek Golf Club and Bailey Ranch Golf Club both located in the Tulsa Metro area.

Peoria Ridge Golf Course is an 18 hole championship golf course owned by the Peoria Indian Tribe of Oklahoma.

The course has five sets of tee boxes to accommodate the skill level of any golfer. The rolling hills and large bodies of water make for some breathtaking vistas and a challenging round of golf. The course was built across three ridges, with half of the hilly terrain being well-wooded. The rolling fairways are generously sized and wide open. Large, undulating greens provide ample putting space. Hole #11, a 197-yard, par 3, demands a controlled tee shot due to the pond behind the green.

Peoria Ridge has a first class practice facility with a driving range, putting and chipping greens.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,960 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,946 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 8, a par-5 that plays to 580 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 4, a par-3 that plays to 197 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 2, a 425 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 12, a 363 yard par-4.
