greens are always very good condition. fairways need until heat of summer to get good grass growth (bermuda fairways) new cart paths have been a big improvement. friendly staff and good practice areas. bunkers are inconsistent. some have good sand in them, others have areas in them where sand is very thin. good course layout and there is water on the back nine as well as large trees on several holes. challenging enough but not overly difficult. overall a fun course to play.

Tree lined fairways make this course enough of a challenge to keep your attention and greens are fair. Pace of play was good which is always nice on a Saturday morning.
