Detailed description

Plum Creek Country Club is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Carmel, Indiana.

The Plum Creek Country Club golf course first opened for play in 1989. The course was designed by Pete Dye.

Plum Creek's par 72 layout is equipped with multiple water features, strategically placed sand bunkers and large undulating greens. From the intimidating championship tees to the more forgiving forward tees, this unique Pete Dye design was specially designed with varying degrees of difficulty so the whole family could enjoy the game. With blind shots, undulating greens, colorful contours, and fairway moguls and bunkers, it's the perfect example of modern golf architecture.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,802 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,244 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 17, a par-5 that plays to 539 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-3 that plays to 198 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 4, a 419 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Plum Creek Country Club is #10, a 358 yard par-4.
