Heritage Bay is located on 718 acres in North Naples and is framed on the south by two huge quarry lakes, on the north and west by an 1800 acre Cypress preserve and on the East by a premier 36 hole stand alone course (Bonita Bay East). Our entry bridge spans the two quarry lakes and the turn to the clubhouse is marked by a huge water feature.
Heritage Bay Golf Course has generous landing areas for occasional players and strategic hazards in place for the lower handicap player. The greens are large and undulating, averaging 7,000 square feet and with Tif Eagle grass offer some of the best putting surfaces in Naples.
$51 (cart included), played on Wednesday, November 2013 at noon
My son and I got invited so the $53 was a great vaule for this course in this $$$$ area. There is water on every hole that can come into play as you wind around the houses that really are set back far enough not to be a distraction from the layout. Most holes are straight away and only broke up by water and bunkers w/ fair landing areas. Played from the green tees (Tournament) @ 6,453yds and shot 79/33putts with my son 86/36putts and found a few blind water locations that are hidden from the fairway, I got lucky. Worth the stop with good rates in the PM vs. AM golf, but that's Flordia.
