Detailed description of Glen Abbey Golf Club

Glen Abbey Golf Club is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Debary, Florida.

Glen Abbey opened for play in 1974. The course was designed by Dominic Palombo Jr.

The Glen Abbey course winds through gently rolling landscapes with a 60-acre body of water known as "No-Name" Lake. There are no parallel fairways and all fairways are tree-lined. Water comes into play on eight holes. There are 80 strategically placed bunkers. Crepe myrtle, elderberry and oleander plantings are an esthetic addition to existing magnolia, oak and towering pines which frame most fairways

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,661 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,410 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 518 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 14, a par-3 that plays to 162 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 17, a 420 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Glen Abbey is # 3, a 179 yard par-3.
