Swallows Nest Country Club

Swallows Nest Country Club is a private 9-hole executive length golf course located  in the River Bend neighborhood less than 4 miles north of downtown Sacramento, California.

The Golf Course was opened  as a public golf course in 1963 before the housing complex was designed, zone and constructed. 

The Golf Course was purchased by the Swallows Nest Homeowners Association in Januray 1986 and became a NCGA certified golf course in 1990

Swallows Nest is an active community featuring a combination of cluster-homes, townhouses and single family homes located within a 53-acre park setting. Amenities include the 9-hole executive golf course, community club house, three swimming pools, tennis courts, and 24-hour manned security.

You must play with a resident that is in good standing and has an active annual golf pass. Once on the course you can play as many rounds as you like in one 24 hour period. 

The course plays to par-30 for 9 holes and a maximum 9-hole distance of 1,529 yards.
