The First Tee of Arkansas is a public, 18-hole golf facility located in Little Rock Arkansas. The course's eighteen holes are divided into a regulation nine and pitch & putt nine. The regulation nine is The Chairman's Course and the pitch & putt nine is the Honors Course.

This course was formerly known as Rock Creek Public Golf Course. Redesigned in 2001 by Ault, Clark, & Associates as a First Tee facility. This parkland-style course has tight, tree-lined fairways and rolling terrain.

The First Tee of Central Arkansas was dedicated in the spring of 2001 and was presented as a gift to the city of Little Rock by the late Jack Stephens a native son of Arkansas. The well-known entrepreneur - philanthropist and former chairman of the Augusta National Golf Club aided in the founding and funding of The First Tee.

The Honors Course at First Tee is a fun par 3 course. A nine-hole par three course on 15 acres, features two sets of tee boxes per hole, 10 greenside bunkers and 3500 square foot of bent grass greens. Each hole averages between 75 and 100 yards from the back tees, and 50 to 75 yards from the front tees. Most adult golfers can play this unique “short nine” with a wedge and a putter in about 45 minutes. Several of the area’s golf teams use the short course to fine-tune their short game. Fairways, roughs and tee boxes are also Bermuda.

The 9-hole "Chairman's Course" at the The First Tee of Central Arkansas facility in Little Rock, Arkansas features 3,428 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36 . The course rating is 72.8 and it has a slope rating of 137. The large greens (average 4,500 square-feet) and undulating and moderate in speed. Water comes into play on two holes. This course plays from 2,198 to 3,428-yards. The signature hole is #4, a 570-yard, par 4, which features a dogleg left fairway. The Chairman's Course has five par four’s, two par five’s, and two par three’s. Resting on 50 acres, it has three sets of tee boxes on each hole. It features 17 bunkers and bent grass greens. Tee boxes, fairways and roughs are Bermuda, while the greens’ collars are zoysia.

The First Tee of Arkansas is a first class golf facility.
