Wildflower Country Club first opened for play in 1987. The course was designed by Leon and Charles Howard.
Wildflower Country Club was the host to the Texas Women's Amateur in 1994. The fairways are wide, and the greens are undulating. Many water hazards have been incorporated into the course design.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees the course plays to 7,010 yards. From the foward tees the course plays to 5,395 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 1, a par-5 that plays to 549 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 4, a par-3 that plays to 155 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 446 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Wildflower Country Club is # 13, a 180 yard par-3. On #11, a 405-yard, par 4, a stream bisects the fairway twice, requiring golfers to place their tee shot between the water hazards.

I played the course with friends and family. We had a blast. The attendants at the course were very accommodating and kind. I can't wait until next years trip to play it again.
