It was obvious that budget constraints were at work - drainage in the fairways were not fixed with non potable water standing. The roughs were allowed to grow to a height where a ball could drop into the Bermuda and not be found while standing right on top of it. The fairways were narrowed to cut down on maintenance. All of these contribute to decreased play and higher green fees. The State obviously needs a person that understands how to condition courses to increase play. Greens need to be converted to Mini Verde which provide an excellent putting surface with lower maintenance.

Very, Very nice course everything was great with course conditions. Of the three courses I have played in the area this is the best. The only negitive thing worth talking about is the local older people think they own the course and act like you are getting in their way at times. Play early and stay for an afternoon 18 holes. The staff are great, the ladies that cook in the clubhouse do a wonderful job. If you are in the area this is a must play.
