Hickory Valley Golf Club is a Public, 36 hole golf facility located in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania. The facility has two 18-hole championship golf courses. They are: The Ambassador Course and The Presidential Course.
The Presidential Course opened for play in 1996. The course was designed by Ron Prichard.
The Presidential Course has a links-style front nine with wide fairways, heavy mounding, and large bunkers. Carved from an old nursery, trees are not in short supply. Two large ponds come into play on holes #5 and #7. The course changes dramatically after hole #11. The greens shrink to half the size and the fairways get tighter and the trees taller. A difficult finishing hole is #16, a reachable 480-yard, par 5, but your tee shot needs to find the fairway through the forest of hickory trees. Carts are mandatory on the Presidential Course during weekends.

Excellent course...if they would work on the greens i,e. speed and consistancy this course would be "over the top" in playability and enjoyment
